From Grateful Dead of the Day
There may only be one show from this day in Dead history, but that does not mean it was not a scorcher. Check out the beautiful Far From Me, the tasty Scarlet> Fire, the outrageous Other One> NFA> Wharf Rat, and all the rest of the heady action from Alpine at Grateful Dead of the Day.
The great Indian tabla player, Zakir Hussain, took the stage with the Dead in that 1982 show. Check out our post to read more about that night and Hussain, including him jamming with Jerry as a teenager.
