Bruce always seemed to bring out the best in the boys. And he certainly does that during this show from Shoreline in 1991, keying jams and goading on the rest of the band at every turn. Many Heads consider this show one of the weaker of the Europe ’72 tour. But that still puts this night in heady company. And there are more than a few standout moments. After all, the Dead put the He’s Gone on Europe ’72 and many consider The Other One to be among the very best the band every played. Listen to it for yourself.
