With one of the best Help> Slip> Franklin's; some ferocious playing on Music Never Stopped, NFA, and Sugar Mags; and an amazing Comes A Time, the 1977 show from this date is a force to be reckon with all its own. Give it a fresh listen and make the inevitable comparisons to the night before at Grateful Dead of the Day.
With Deadheads camping out, the band recorded the Touch Of Grey video after today’s Laguna Seca show in 1987. But the preceding show is nothing to pass over, especially the Touch> LL Rain> He's Gone beginning to the second set and rocking ending. Give it a listen and rekindle one of those epic camping runs.

Is there a date in this runn, that people though there was a show, but it didn't happen. And it's debated?
This was great, I really like Cornell of course, which was the night before this show. No difficulty finding a soundboard copy on Archive.org, think I may prefer 9th May to 8th May..thank you
