From Grateful Dead of the Day
The Dead put up one of the best Scarlet> Fires of all time on this day in 1980. But there was a lot more than that going on at the fabulous Fox Theater in Atlanta. Coming off their lengthy runs at Radio City and the Warfield, the boys were firing on all cylinders, playing silky smooth and, characteristically, out of their minds.
